**In light of the Coronavirus situation I have, for a while, been taking a common sense precautionary approach and would like to continue ,as close to normal as is possible, during these challenging times. I am, as always, taking all possible precautions to ensure the safety of my clients. All kit is sterilised after every client, with all areas which are frequently touched, such as door handles, surfaces, light switches, card machine etc, wiped, or sprayed, with anti-microbial products. Bob & Betty take personal hygiene very seriously following government, and professional, guidelines to avoid catching or spreading germs. Washing of hands with anti-bacterial hand wash, anti-microbial wipes or spray are available for use by clients visiting the clinic if you are not carrying your own.

Our policy has always been that if you have a cold, flu, virus, stomach bug etc that you rearrange your appointment rather than coming in to the clinic. This applies even more so to Covid19. Bob & Betty have a diverse clientele base and, as always, work towards protecting all our clients, as well as other staff and families.

I hope that in the current situation you will understand the need for all the steps that are taken and ask for your support in ensuring all the steps are followed.

I ask that if you have appointments booked and you are due to return from any of the countries listed on the Government Guidance web page that you reschedule your appointment, whether you are experiencing symptoms or not. Bob & Betty reserve the right to reschedule appointments for anyone who attends the salon unwell, has been in contact with someone who has visited quarantined countries within the last two weeks, has done so themselves or who is unable to follow our preventative steps.

Our cancellation policy, in cases relating to Covid19, will be waived and your booking fee will be carried forward to your rescheduled appointment.

A full range of vouchers are available which you can buy from below and it will send an email to your loved ones with the unique code, or if you prefer a beautifully gift boxed voucher, simply note it on your order with the details of where to send and this can be posted out to them for you.

For all treatments a 50% non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment, which is deducted from the cost of your treatment, and 48 hours notice for changes and cancellations.

For all special offers, a 100% non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

Failure to give correct notice on moves or changes will result in not only the loss of your booking fee but the full appointment fee is payable.

If correct notice is given, you may transfer your booking to another appointment. I do, of course understand that unavoidable issues come up very occasionally and will do my best to work with you in case of a genuine emergency.

Patch tests must be booked for all tinting, Lash Lift and Laser hair removal appointments a minimum of 48 hours before your treatment if we have never patch tested or carried out any of the above services on you. If you have not had any of the above services for 3 months or more, you will need to be patch tested again.

For your convenience, all major debit and credit cards are accepted and 0% payment plans are available.
